Initiate RMA Request
Contact our technical support team or visit the RMA portal to provide your order number and the serial number of the memory modules you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions via email.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in anti-static bags and original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the hardware for compatibility or defects, and processed refunds or exchanges will be issued within 7-10 business days.
